Daniel and CloudBerry Group are awesome to deal with! We rely heavily on Office 365 and when we come across any issues, their response times are fast. We are currently under a managed support plan and it gives us peace of mind! I have confidence that their team is taking care of all cybercrimes that are out there. They help us remotely and when needed, they also send a qualified tech onsite. They're not the cheapest but I went with quality since our last service provider was not responsive!
