I ran into some issues with my home network and thought I could handle it myself-until I hit a wall. That's when I found Brandon at LB Computer Help, and I'm so glad I did! I submitted a request through their website and followed up with a phone call in the morning. Brandon answered right away, was friendly and professional, and already had my request pulled up. He was able to come out the same day, on my schedule, even though it was late in the day. He kept me updated on his arrival and showed up right on time-calm, focused, and respectful of my home. He got straight to work and resolved the network issue quickly and effectively. What really stood out was his approach. He didn't just fix the problem-he explained what he was doing, taught me a few helpful tips, and validated the things I had done right with just a few adjustments. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. He was very fair with the price of his work. Outstanding service from start to finish.
