If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My company had plans of switching our phone lines out and it was all rushed.. and wasn't as smooth as one would hope it would be. Well I ended up on the phone with Alex. Alex, you think he's probably just an employee there... Nope. He is the owner! The big CEO!! I don't care if your company has 10k people, or just 10 people working for you. As the owner, time is very important. When the owner sits down and personally spends 2-3 hours on your problem, you know that it's a damn good company. Alex helped get our phones back online. Which was way more complicated than I could handle. I really had no experience doing this stuff. I set up the camera system here and my boss thought that qualified me to do all this! I explained the problem/situation to Alex and with his help we got it back up and running! THANK YOU ALEX!!!!!

For years I had a different tech company which I won't bring up the name. Sure I was unhappy. Then one day when I was very frustrated a friend told me he uses a company called Techital, and I should give them a try. So very hesitant but did. This was the best call I have made and has made my life easy. Alex, the owner is amazing. Thank you Alex for everything.
