Great company. We had a very bad experience with the last company we bought the printer from. They sold us an old over used printer. Terra came in and installed a new printer for us and showed us the memory of the printer so we know the product is not used a lot and they have been responsive since then every time we have called in. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality printer and service for the printer.
