CSU's David is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, helpful, and workable. I needed to assess and fix multiple separate issues with my HP laptop and he diagnosed it... worked with me on figuring whether my best option would be to replace it with a new or refurbished one, or whether to dive into trying to replace specific parts that were most likely related to the issue (which might be a bit of a crapshoot). We ultimately determined it would be best to source a refurbished one and he used his network to help with that. We got a bit of a bum product from the first seller and he took responsibility to continue helping in returning it and finding a better one, which he thoroughly tested when it came in to ensure I got a good machine. Aside from the list price + shipping cost of the replacement, he only charged me his very reasonable initial diagnostic fee. His integrity, responsibility, responsiveness, and follow through on my issue was incredible. He even offered to return the balance remaining from my initial 3rd party purchase that got returned (the second 3rd party replacement was about $50 or $60 cheaper), but he TOTALLY deserved to keep it, so I told him it's his. You will not regret working with CSU or David. The Escondido area is better for having him! I'll definitely be returning if the need arises.

I brought my computer in because I lost video on my computer, I suspected something was wrong with the GPU. I brought it in and It was fixed within a couple of hours. Didn't cost me very much at all. I'm definitely going to come back here For anything else. I might have trouble with.

I also continue to use David for remote access help and will keep him as my go to even when we move out-of-state next year.
