Definitely shady, unethical business practices. Staff is not knowledgeable regarding technicians working on your devices. They flagrant with your personal information nothing but hacking and falls charges coming through as soon as they had my computer sitting in their back filthy office open with different people coming and going in their back door stealing information hacking in fraudulent also they don't stand behind any of their work read the fine print there are no refunds and there is no recourse they have a big scam going on.
