This shopping cart has no option to prevent customers from using discount codes on top of other promotions. For example, if you run a Black Friday or Boxing Day sale, and you have given out coupon codes, customers can use the coupon code on top of the seasonal promotion, and there is no setting to prevent them doing so. This is incredibly dumb, the option to prevent discount codes stacking with other discounts is a basic feature of every shopping cart. To not have this option effectively makes the discounts system useless, or you have to accept that customers will double up on discounts. We reported this months ago, and customer support response is still that they are awaiting interest from other customers to see if it needs implementing. I am absolutely certain that every Ecwid customer who uses discount codes and seasonal promotions will want this option implementing, most probably aren't even aware that their customers can double up on both discoutns at once, because not being able to do so it the norm.

Hardest website for e-commerce when you just want to create! Wix was way easier and less complicated! I have had to jump through so many hoops to try to accept credit card payments on my website! It's not even worth the hassle! Oh and every little thing you want to do forces you into a more expensive upgrade. For example...defining shipping sizes....yep gotta upgrade! I suggest going through another website provider! Do your research!

I am still working on setting up my Ecwid store but several things have impressed greatly. I had a store using another platform which was a nightmare to integrate into my site. Ecwid however, has proved amazingly intuitive with a huge range of help pages. Technical support has also been first rate. May need to upgrade again in the not too distant future, perhaps they will be rolling out Christmas present discounts :-)

I find Ecwid very user friendly, especially for someone like me, who's strength is not tech! My store comes with many great features already built in, for a very reasonable monthly fee. I've been able to launch my store, connect it to my WIX website that I previously had, and make sales every week! The support team is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.too. I feel like they truly care about me success! Thank you!

The e-commerce platform has been easy to use. Most programs are user friendly with help available with use of the internet help sign. I personally have asked for help and did receive what I needed plus ideas from the help team. The inventory program is manageable and could use more features that would allow better control. The price is very responsible compared to other sites I have used. I am a very happy customer and would recommend it to others. Neal Rice
