SO helpful, every time we need them, they come through. Husband got a new computer and couldn't open up key files he needed because they were ancient. Kaan dug deep and explained that the new computer didn't know where to look for them so he straightened it all out. Bottom line is, don't waste your time trying to do it yourself. These guys make life easier.

I took my computer that had crashed into UBREAKIFIX in Encinitas and came back the next day, they still hadn't taken the time to even look at it. I brought it to A Plus, they looked at it and fixed the problem within 5 minutes and charged me NOTHING. Highly recommend for all services

Staff were not the best at communicating as I had to reach out myself to get updates, and I wasn't thrilled to wait 3 days just to have my ram remounted. That being said they were super friendly and took the extra step of testing my pc to ensure there wouldn't be problems down the road. So nice to have a local spot so I don't have to send things in to the manufacturer. I'll be back if I ever have more issues.
