Excellent customer service. Awesome technicians. Have been using them for over 10 years at UNR. We tried a different company to see if we could save money and had to call RF MacDonald out to fix the other company's shortfalls. I highly recommend them. They work on our small boilers 100,000 btu all the way up to our large 30Mbtu boilers.

R.F. Mac Donald Co. has been taking care of my 150hp boiler for the five years I have been with my company. They have always done a good job as I can tell and my annual internal inspections also have indicated that the boiler is well maintained. The only reason I gave a four star was the confusion and delay in receiving quotes and congruent billing with the quotes for major PM replacements. These numbers were difficult to match up and explain to the board members.
