I am more than impressed with OTS and all the team I worked with! From the start with Zane responded instantly and was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We set up a home visit within a couple of days and he was on time and professional. He gave me some options on how to secure a flip property that kept getting broken into. Within another 24 hours I received a bid with multiple options, all very reasonably priced. Once selected we scheduled an install date. He was professional, friendly and thorough. He installed everything he could within one day. I was so happy with the service, I had him install the same security system at my person home. I also had him set up a commercial security system set up at my office and the cameras that were installed are amazing! OTS and Zane make the security needs a breeze! I highly recommend OTS to anyone!
