I work for Vasko Electric and our copier is serviced from Office 1 Reno. Our copier is vital to our company as in construction we are definitely not paperless! So when our copier had an error message I freaked out and called Office1 and they were amazing. They dispatched Karl Allen, who not only came when he said he would, he also scheduled a follow up service call. He scheduled a convenient time to update and really make our copier practically brand new. He is super professional, knowledgeable and kind. Also a big shoutout to Dawn Wulff, our Account Executive. She is the best communicator and literally gets back to you with seconds. I can't say enough great things about all the employees at Office1!Thanks for everything!
