I've come in twice recently with a very weird problem and both times the guys were super helpful and courteous, definitely recommended!

As a previous web developer and before that a Geek Squad agent, these guys are are who I choose in Reno: - Everyone is passionate about the work they do, hard to find - Turn around times are very quick, even when they run into an unforeseen issue (shame that people don't understand that) - Prices are very reasonable, comparable to prices that we offered at the Geek Squad a DECADE ago - Most PC repair stores are just that: PC repair. This company has other subsidiaries that works on large scale server projects: you are getting a level of expertise towards your work you will not find at most others - If you have the audacity to think that you as a gamer, worked on a PC maybe twice, sitting at home know more than these guys who work on them every day because you read something online, that's probably why you left a one star review for these guys

I called them over the phone, let them know what the components were of my desktop. Then I emailed them about it. Both times they told me the labor was only going to be an hour. And even when I stopped in. I was told it would be about an hour. And then they charged me for 2 hours after the job was done. I didn't know much about computers. And I think they took advantage of that. They overcharged me on the price.

I had a computer sent here by another shop due to their supposed expertise. They didn't inventory the parts and didn't run appropriate tests, after 900 dollars, yes almost a thousand dollars they informed me some parts they forgot to test and were sent back would be the next best diagnostic step. Eg they didn't even do the basics I could have done at home. Run don't walk away from this shady place.

Alex, thank you for helping me out. Problem resolved quickly and easily. After letting my computer sit for a month, Alex easily confirmed all my data was there and I had just re-connected the cable to wrong ports and wrong inputs selected from monitor, creating inability to see desktop. Easily fixed with a quick visit! Thanks again. I'll be back!!!
