Worst customer care and terrible service if youre planning on having a work meeting just hope it doesnt randomly drop connection. If you try and call the main office they beat around the bush and say, theyll call you back. Dont hold your breath for that call because it will never come.

Their slogan we give a damn should be taken as false advertising as they in fact do not give a damn. Always a hassle to get help when internet goes down, technician has argued with me several times saying everything looks fine on their end. Paying over 100 dollars for 50x25 yet only getting 35x25 and they fight you on adjusting prices or giving credits. not worth the hassle for slow internet!!!!
