Sierra Miles is such a great organization to work with. They are always attentive, quick to respond, and willing to help. Having them as our dedicated IT team has simplified troubleshooting and ordering of new equipment. Their frequent check-ins on our cybersecurity training help keep our information safe. We use Sierra Miles at my current place of employment and I'm working from home due to having surgery. This morning I accidentally dropped my laptop and broke the screen. I called Sierra Miles basically in tears. Literally 4 hours later I have a working laptop again. Not only is everyone so friendly and helpful, the customer service far exceeds my expectations!
