Have you ever tried to implement a new system in your business, only for it to turn into a complete disaster? Yeah, me too. I had been wanting an integrated phone system for years. I tried a few, but the process of getting them up and running was a nightmare. Im sure I wasnt the easiest customer to deal with, but PacStates assured me their system would work exactly how I needed it to. For months, I kept throwing in creeping criteria, trying to either back out or expose a flaw in the system. But every concern I raised, PacStates handled without hesitation. They were 100% right-every issue I thought Id have was already accounted for and mitigated by their team. They installed exactly what they promised, including all my ridiculous add-ons. And honestly? Im blown away. Every day, I discover a new feature I didnt even expect. The best part? I havent had to call them for anything. -I wanted to text customers when Im busy or when dealing with a texter. Done. -I wanted transcribed voicemails so I didnt have to listen to drunk messages at 1 AM. Done. -I wanted my techs to call or text from their personal numbers without exposing them. Done. -Press 1, 2, or 3 call-routing options? Done. I could go on, but you get the idea. If youre a small business owner looking for a team that truly understands how to connect you with your clients and employees, these are the guys to call. The receptionist Cindy was very rude she EVEN HUNG UP ON ME I did not call to speak to her I called to speak to someone specific. I dont know if she thought I was trying to sell something or what but either way its not her place as a receptionist. Cindy if you do not like your job please get another one

This business is excellent. We used them for changing over our business phone lines that was turning into a complete nightmare. ATT was changing our bill every month, we didn't have phone most days. Pac state came in, figured everything out and got us up and running with charter. Can't say anything negative about this company.

When our office expanded and we needed a more advanced phone system capable of handling call queues so we turned to the experts at Pacific States Communications and it has been a fantastic partnership. From the sales team to the employees in the field we have always been well supported and never left behind. Any time that I need to call and ask a question I am greeted by an amazing front desk staff that gets me to help in a matter of seconds. Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of their techs and the fact that they always go out of their way to help. What a great team to have as a telecom partner.
