This people suck they screwed up now 3 to 4 weeks fir my refund all because the employee assumed it was a card not cash worst experience go to another place where they actually no what there doing

I recycled 4 HP 65 ink cartridges on March 18th 2025. The sales clerk said I couldn't use the rewards ($14.00 worth) for at least 48 hours. The next day, I had to buy some ink so I went to a different place to purchase it. I figured the rewards will still be on my account when I go there next time. Instead, there's no record of the reward on my account. I show my receipt I got when I recycled them. They said rewards are only good for one month. It's never been that way before for me. I also was charged $27.99 for a HP65 Black ink (NOT XL) that their website says they sell for $20.89. I needed the ink so I bought it. I have been always a loyal customer for years but now I will take my business elsewhere.
