Finally got to tell Spectrum to suck it! I have Net NV at work and recently made the switch at home. Customer service is always great. The service is cheaper and just as fast as Spectrum. Seriously, just switch.

So glad I switched from Spectrum. They are nothing but trouble and their customer service is terrible. NetNV has been the exact opposite. Smooth sailing from the start. Customer service is friendly, helpful and very responsive - AND from local people here in northern Nevada. Ditch Spectrum. They suck.
