God awful service. This must be the worst IT company in all of Nevada. The call center is the worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They waste 10-20 minutes of your time repeating yourself several times on information they should already have. We all need a direct line to the Reno Office Phone number. Maria is God-awful as well. Tristen and Wade are the only IT techs that are helpful. They are amazing!

ProTehnical used to be the premier IT company in Northern Nevada. Since it has been acquired by ITS the service has been the worst I have experienced in my 38 years of life. The call center that answers the phone is subpar. You have to state your name and the company you are calling with several times and they still don't get it. They don't know the client base. They have zero customer service skills and even less common sense and IT skills. I am sure you will lose a lot of clients with the way things are being currently operated. The only exceptional IT professionals with ITS are Wade and Tristen. Everyone else causes more of a headache and mess then it is worth.

Best IT team ever! I have worked with many IT teams but Intelligent Technical Solutions takes customer service to a new level. Their team is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and supports our organization with technical implementation, updates, large projects and builds, and on the spot resolutions for any IT situation that arises. The dude I sat next to had his hand in his pocket for about 30 minutes while staring at me and this was all on camera. His hand was literally moving. I felt so uncomfortable I never came back. I really should have pursued a lawsuit. It is within the 7 years still so I might do it. How dare he? And on camera too?
