I have used Golbov IT Support for at least two decades. He is truly terrific. He is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I trust him implicitly and he has all my information and passwords. Most times he can remote in and fix any of my myriad of problems without even leaving his office. He not only gets the job done ALWAYS, he also has a great sense of humor and is oh so patient. He never demeans me for any of the stupid things I do to my computer--he is always patient and helpful. If it was possible to give 10 stars I would do it!

George is great at responding immediately regarding your computer problems and sticks with it until they are resolved. Computer issues are explained in relatable terms, not computer geek-use; so you understand what has been done. Added to these qualities, George is smart, personable and funny. His sense of humor is easy, he remembers what he's learned about you and relates on an individual basis. He's just fun to have around.
