They replaced the screen with skill, but not happy with the replacement screen quality. The $100 they charge to furish and replace phone screens are in my opinion poor quality and immediately break again the first time the phone drops; even with a screen protector on it. OEM would not break like this. I had the phone for 5 years, dropped it many times before it finally broke from a different type of mishap. Then replaced it with them and it broke the next week with a minor drop with the screen protection they installed.
