8/23/25 at 6:49 Who ever answered the phone for me had great customer service, i love this place already Edit: His name is Charlie (hopefully i spelled it correctly. Might be the owner, Im not sure). This place was the cheepest, place i found for the services i needed. I really have to emphasize how great his customer service is.

Mr. Charlie and his staff are so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I originally came in for just one game, but the great prices and amazing experience convinced me to buy more! Its a family-owned business, and you can really feel the difference in how they treat their customers. Ill definitely be coming back whenever I want to buy more Nintendo games, and Ill be telling all my friends about this store. Highly recommend!

Just came in here on my way to the Airport back to London, and it is excellent! The shopkeeper on duty today, Cloudy is so lovely and we had a great chat. Lovely items in there, massive selection of retro/new games too. Will definitely return if I'm back in Vegas soon!
