Mani was excellent to work with, he explained every aspect of his thought process and procedure. Before I even got into the shop, he was helping me troubleshoot on the phone. He brought insight to an issue I've been trying to sort out for a while and ultimately solved a tedious issue and explained how.

Had an issue with my laptop screen I thought, turned out to be a power supply board. Mani got the diagnostic done within a few hours. Flying out the next day so could let them do the repairs since parts had to be ordered. But I appreciated the explanation and he text me pics so I could share with a local tech when I got back home and had time to get parts ordered. Also they gave me a break on the diagnostic fee since they could not perform the repair.
