We were looking for an responsive and reliable IT company to upgrade all our hardware and software within a short amount of time and with an affordable price. We also wanted a month to month IT support company. We got all of this with incredible service. The team at TechMech were extremely expeditious and amazingly accessible. The transition to all new hardware for our admin offices was effortless on our part. The assistance with learning the software and getting the employees onboard was awesome. The continued support is fast and thorough. Working with Technology Mechanics is like having our very own inhouse IT department.

Karen is a lifesaver! She helped me fix an issue with my print spooler that had been ongoing for months. I spent multiple hours on the phone with HP and they could not figure it out. I should have called Technology Mechanics first. Whether your issue is small or large give them a call. Before our session ended she also made sure I had the proper protection on my computer.
