We have had two or three reps from SymTec call us, we told them we're not interested we have employees in-house that takes care of us. Yesterday we received a postage due letter, the paper from the post office had the name R. Christian as the sender, not the company name, so we paid the $2.93 due. It was a marketing piece with a packet of Bayer aspirin mailed from the same city we're in and per the mail carrier, there was postage due because they used a padded envelope making it a parcel so the stamps weren't enough. One star rating because I had to choose the star to post.

SymTec has done an amazing job helping me streamline workflows in my office and updating computer systems. If there is ever a question of how to do things, I know they will give me options and provide realistic solutions to improve our outcomes. Their support is always quick to respond and troubleshoot for us before office hours start to get up and running with little to no down time at all. Could not recommend SymTec more for any business!

SymTec in Cedar City demonstrated above and beyond customer service (I can be tough). I came in with an issue some would think a simple and not bother with helping (power cord issue), but it was very important to me. Everyone in the office was available to assist. They even looked on the internet and found a replacement cord and emailed me the information to purchase. Our company has a contract with SymTec and they have always been available to assist with support (weekend in call also!) Loyal customer, Shawnale
