As the paralegal assisting on a legal case, I phoned three local companies for estimates on scanning three banker's boxes of documents. Of the three companies I phoned, GISI was an immediate standout. Lisa at GISI clearly understood the project and asked all of the right questions such as whether or not there were color copies in the mix, the paper sizes and whether or not there were pages with print on front and back, the preference for file formats, OCRing, etc. GISI picked up the boxes and delivered them back along with the scans on a thumb drive. The project was completed in a fast and efficient manner, and the scanning was excellent. The pricing was reasonable, and the total cost of our project was less than the estimated amount. I highly recommend GISI for legal projects.

I emailed this company about my scanner scanning blurry at 1:30 in the afternoon and had a solution along with a screen shot of what to do to correct the issue by 9:30 the next morning. Thank you Kevin for your quick response and knowledge. Scanner is now working fine.

They did a wonderful job! They took my 60 year old newspaper and made copies of it for all my family. The copies look amazing. They even used brown paper like the newspaper. The staff are very friendly. Will be going back anytime I need copies and recommending them to everybody I know
