Emailed this business about a GPU repair and got no response for multiple days. Called the location and they claimed they did not know what email I was talking about. Then told me they don't repair computers components just computers. They asked me for a $55 diagnostic fee and I explained that it was just the fans. Person on the line said "oh we don't do component repairs." He went on to say they would most likely just replace the part if it wasn't working. That is not computer repair. That is charging me $55 to tell me to go buy a new one. Do not use this location for actual repair requests.

!!TAKE YOUR DEVICES ELSEWHERE!! This business is dishonest, disrespectful and will keep your PC or phone for an unreasonable amount of time. The employees and owner are very rude and do NOT know what they are doing.

Bad customer service, dishonest employees. I dropped a PC off for a cleaning, the employee told me he would do a diagnostic check and call me before the end of the day. I called 3 hours later and he had not started on the PC yet. I need the PC for work, called and told him I am on my way back to pick it up and who ever answered told me I called the wrong number (same number I used the first time). The doors were locked when I returned. I received a call back at 1030pm from who I assume is the owner of the business. He was extremely rude, he argued with me and hung up. When I picked up the PC the employee admitted that he closed the store early and argued with me about the miscommunication. Under no circumstances was it okay for the PC to be there over night and there was no communication that a cleaning and diagnostic would take longer than a couple of hours. No diagnostic or cleaning was completed and they refused to refund me the $60 I paid. I assumed this business was legit based on the reviews here, but I was wrong. Take your PC somewhere else.

Anthony is a fair and honest businessman. After a diagnostic check of my device, he assessed a bad hard drive and quoted a resonable price for replacement. As it turned out, the hard drive did not need replacement and the charge for services reflected it. I would not have know the difference. Thank you for your honesty Anthony!
