Made an appointment for our trailer for a roof leak. Was told they'd have a service bay open so it wouldn't outside in case of rain. A week later and it was still parked outside. Called twice to talk to the tech who never called back. Spoke to the receptionist who said I should come get my trailer because a thunderstorm was coming in. Rushed over to get my trailer and was almost locked out because the receptionist didn't bother to tell anyone I was coming. Waste of time and precious gas. These people are beyond unprofessional. There should be an option for zero stars. Take your trailer elsewhere.
