This old lady who didnt want to help me with something that has literally Ive had someone help me with before. Its resizing a document to fit the page. Make sure when being helped the bald man helps you I wont be going back for awhile.

Service was poor, not friendly, not helpful, store was cluttered and dirty looking, no technical expertise or understanding of the product, no available specifications for the product I was looking for and was I should Google it. Poor selection and zero inventory of the product they were selling on the floor - had to get what I needed shipped from somewhere else so I had to wait two days to have a printer back at my office. I may likely make the drive from Carson to Reno to make my next office equipment purchase. Was told any warranty work I needed had to be done via an 800 number since they have nobody on site.
