Tried to call them on the phone to ask about a repair and was sent to a call center multiple times. Even after requesting constantly to talk to the store directly. Dont know why I bother consider giving any business to a company that has such low regards to their customers

Took my computer in to get it fixed so it would run better and now it doesnt run games at all. They had it for 2 weeks and only made it worse. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I called to make appointment to fix back glass on iPhone 13 and was told phone can be fixed day of in 4 hrs. I show up and am told they cant fix it that day and have to order parts and would take 3 days. Do not go here for repairs they dont even carry any parts for the phones!! Waste of time go to apple!

Do not waste your money & time with Geek Squad! I called, and paid for a service, no one ever called me to discuss the issues. The next morning I got an email that the problem was solved, it was not. I called the next day for a refund, and I was on the call for 2.0 hours, and 8 transfers to get to the correct billing person! This service has gone down hill!!!! I will never call them again!
