I was stuck on the highway in the Nevada desert with a trailer full of my belongings in July, and Durick was able to get me and the trailer safely to a mechanic faster than I expected. James (tow driver) was awesome, and Misty in the pffice was super helpful recommending places for auto repair and to stay. Great people to call for a tow.

This business should not be allowed to be linked to GEICO Roadside Assistance. I blew a tire at 4 oclock in the morning and I requested Roadside Assistance and it told me Durick Towing would be there within the hour (Google says its open from 12 AM to 11:30 PM so basically 24/7) and after waiting through the hour, I called their business number to get a time estimate since I hadnt received a phone call from them. The man who answered the phone sounded all groggy like I had just woken him up and told me that he wouldnt be able to get anybody to come help me until at least 8:30 in the morning (almost 4 hours of sitting at a gas station waiting for someone to show up to help) Cool thanks Duricks! Appreciate the help! Im so sorry I woke you up go ahead and go back to bed! ???????????? if youre stranded and need help in an emergency, dont call these people

Del came and picked us up in the middle of nowhere and made a bad experience more lighthearted! He made an effort to show up quickly, got our car loaded, and was very knowledgeable about the area. Koral at the office made payment really easy even though it was after hours. We would definitely use this tow company again.
