I needed a custom gaming PC built and reached out to NexGen PC Care. Even though it's a home-based business and at times just one person handling everything, I was impressed with the fast follow-up. I called and got a response within a day. Zaniel, one of the owners, was super helpful and got my build done quickly and perfectly. Since it's a 24-hour operation, availability can vary, but they make sure to follow up fast if you call, text, or email. Definitely recommend them and hope they continue to grow

I recently visited this business that claimed to be open 24 hours. When I arrived, I found it was just a house. Thinking they might work from home, I knocked on the door, but no one answered. I don't understand why they advertise being open 24 hours a day if no one is available to assist customers. Fortunately, I went to Nick at HiTech afterward, and he was very kind and helpful. I just want to warn others-if you decide to go to this place, be aware that they might not be there to help you, despite their 24-hour claim.
