Fabulous people and service. I love dealing with a company where I can know the people and they know and appreciate me. The hosting is great. When I was with a big hosting company my sites went down constantly. With Pixelgate that doesn't happen. One time a hosting company had me delete and install my client's site 6 times over the course of days, and finally someone there told me they had that site on a "bad server." Seriously! I can never get those lost days back. That poor service has never happened at Pixelgate!

Pixelgate has hosted several of my client's websites for many years. I can't remember EVER having a technical problem with any of the sites. (They are total tech wizards!) But beyond their amazing IT skills, these people have got to be one of THE most responsive companies I have ever dealt with. I don't think I was ever put on hold when I called, emails were answered both promptly and fully. In every instance, I felt that they were going above and beyond in order to help or answer my (sometimes stupid) questions. I would recommend them to anyone - even go so far as to stake MY reputation on their high level of skill & service.
