I like to support local businesses and we have been with Mitec for years, but the internet service is getting spottier and spottier. We frequently lose the internet-sometimes multiple times a day. On the positive side, if you call and report an issue someone always calls you back, so I like the customer service, but the unreliable internet is really a problem.

The owners and tech guys here know what they're doing. It's a relatively small operation. But, they're trusted by everyone from a ton of locals to the X Games. It's fixed wireless more than reliable and strong enough for your needs, and with the best customer support around!!

We have taken two computers to Mitec for help, they both needed it badly! They were able to correct any problems and did the work in a professional manner. We got phone calls from them with updates and they always told us exactly what they were doing for the systems. They were so helpful, our computers are running great now and we have been telling everyone to use Mitec Solutions if or when they should have any computer problems! This company has been amazing, every single person I've dealt with have friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to get me hooked up to internet. I haven't had good quality internet in almost 10 years, the speeds and quality I'm getting are stellar. The installation technicians were awesome, Cameron and Jonathan did an amazing job, my installation wasn't an easy one, these guys pulled wires through 200 feet of buried conduit due to an obstruction that was blocking the line of sight to my house. They didn't call the job done until everything was perfect. I can't say thank you enough to everyone at Mitec, amazing company that treats there customers right, I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
