Ideal Security and Technology is the most reliable and professional IT team that I have ever hired. Glenn and his team is always on time and ready to work. When I have a question, they respond right away. They want to make sure our computer needs are always met. They keep us up to date on everything. We never have to worry about our computer needs because Ideal Tech has already taken care of it.

Lousy service. The guy with glasses was rude and the owner didn't care. No help at all. Do not recommend at all. UPDATE:They stated they never worked for us in their reply, but Glenn and his tech ruined our server at our Camarillo office. When we asked them to fix it, his tech was rude and said it was our fault, not what they had done. We complained to Glenn but he did nothing about it. We eventually broke our contract with him and hired another firm. They proceeded to repair the issues caused and restored our server to working condition.

My experience which I believe is nearing 15 years with Ideal has been unconditionally positive. Computer problems are always urgent problems and Ideal is unfailing in providing prompt responses to any emergency. Our office is also always amazed at the quick intuition Ideal has in quickly diagnosing the source of any problem and immediately resolving breakdowns and this has included making long distance emergency calls to Ideal when travelling and running into laptop/network problems. I would recommend Ideal as a number one choice for your IT team/consultant.
