We have been with Gsolutionz for more than 10 years, and the service has always been fabulous. They respond quickly; fix issues remotely and when that's not possible, in person. Recently we experienced a very difficult, complicated situation involving phones/internet when moving our office from one location to another. I give 25 stars to Sonya Perez and the rest of the tech team for the service they gave us in straightening out issues and completing the process. Sonya knows what she's talking about and is eager to help. When she says she will get something done, she does. She's like a project director/producer all rolled into one. But she also goes the extra mile. In this recent effort, she had to sit on the phone multiple times for hours to get things sorted out for us with the phone company, which we all know is a pain in the you-know-what. A few years ago, prior to working with Sonya, we had another situation with the same phone company. At my wits end trying to fix it, I finally went to Gsolutionz for help. It was the first time I really saw what they could do for us beyond the basic support services. All of the folks we've dealt with there have been lovely to work with, from accounting to tech to sales. Thanks Gsolutionz!

This past summer, Gsolutionz's awesome team assisted our internal IT team with upgrading our legacy phone system to a new VOIP solution.
