They service my apartment complex in Carpinteria and the internet is not reliable and there is no access to reset the router. My job allows me remote days but I've been caught without internet In the morning multiple times and have to drive in late. They've even replaced the entire system recently due to multiple days without internet but whatever hardware they installed still is subpar.
