I had a great experience with Advanced PC this weekend. I called Tim late Friday afternoon with a computer that would not boot up. He said bring it to the shop so he could diagnose the problem. He told me up front the cost of the diagnosis of the problem. He called me within the hour and explained what he thought the problem might be. He kept the computer over night and called me early Saturday morning with an explanation of the problem. I okayed for him to correct the problem and he repaired the computer and returned it to me before noon. I was happy with his willingness to work and solve my problem even on the weekend. Tim provided great service, even my husband was impressed.

My poor laptop was sick from the day I bought it. Tim fixed it up and now it runs better than ever. He was very efficient and helpful, especially to a tech-challenged me. Thanks Tim. Great Job!!!

Probably the worst experience with a business I've ever encountered! Sold me a piece of junk and when I returned it the guy tried to tell me it was all my fault including blaming me for everything that was already downloaded when he sold it! Do not recommend. Do not waste your time and money here.
