My computer wasn't booting up after a power surge so I took it to the Tech Docs, a family owned business. I brought it in at 10:30 am and had it back by 2:30 pm the same day and the cost was very very fair. They were able to evaluate and restore without having to change any hardware or software on my computer. They thoroughly explained what was done and what I could do to help the performance of my computer. Being an old computer running windows 10, I'll be back later this year to have them build me a new computer. They earned my trust and future business. Great job!

Without me touching it, my mouse scampered around with a mind of its own! Took to two IT stores; one said computer was dying the other sold me a new mouse. Took my pc in for a cpu upgrade, was quoted one day of service. I had to call for any update and every time I called they pushed back my pickup date. One day quote turned into three days. Everything else was great! Their knowledge, recommendations, and pricing were all great. A little disappointed in their communication but overall very happy and would recommend!
