Called no answer. Went over to the place. Looks like a U-Haul place not a Computer Repair place. Stood in line for quite some time while some guy was going on and on but some other person about renting a U-Haul truck! Spent over 20 minutes waiting got frustrated and left. Nobody want to help me for help with my laptop.

Horrible customer service. I had to go find the truck and wait until opening time to even get the keys because the keys were not in the box. I began checking in around 8:30. They claimed I didn't check in until right before they opened based on whatever his computer said, but as I mentioned I had been there and waiting on the online system to process. Everything should've been ready (truck and keys) regardless and of course these guys aren't going to compensate or take responsibility for not having everything ready.

I have used this company for aprox 20 years. As long as I am in this region I will continue to use this local company. I consistently refer people to U-Haul \ computer zone. 5 star business! Matt is exceptional at customer service support.
