LKBM Technologies has been monitoring our servers and computers for years and strongly recommend them. They are currently servicing our Brea, Riverside, Chino, Torrance, Texas, and Atlanta, GA offices. They have found multiple solutions to some our networking issues. We are very satisfied with their services. They pricing is very competitive. Give them a call and they will give you a free assessment of your current setup. Below are some of the services provided to us. -24 hour monitoring or Servers and Computers -Setup Domain users and restricted access to shared drives. -Setup auto backup of ours servers and individual computers, so our data is always safe and recoverable. -They created a VPN so each office can access the corporate server files. -Setup VPN so authorized employees can connect to the Corporate server from home. -They setup a remote desktop server so staff working at client sites can connect to our work environment by bypassing clients' firewall. -Manage our MS email by creating Users, Groups, and creating rules to block spam emails. -Provide us with antivirus protection. -Services are always available. Whenever we have any issues with our computers or software. They remote in to our system and take care of the issue. July 2023 LKBM just upgraded 3 of our servers 20% less than the cost of similar businesses within a 40 mile radius. The installation went smooth and LKBM made sure to follow up with us to make sure we had no issues on our network. Pros: 1. Pricing 2. Pickup the phone to speak with an IT professional 3. Can take care of the majority of pc updates and issues remotely. Cons: 1. None that I can think of
