We've been using Ken (Micro Pro Consultants) since 2001 which says a lot. We now have two locations, one in California and one in Colorado. He "fixes" our IT issues remotely 99% of the time which makes it easy on me and my staff. It's like having my own IT person on staff. Thanks, Ken
