I had a frightening experience recently when a key hard drive stopped functioning and I was unable to access the data for a specialized imaging unit. The hardware provider was supposed to back up this drive to my server and cloud but apparently failed to do so. I was in a terrible situation. I called several hard drive recovery companies and they advised me the drive would have to be shipped out of state and would cost thousands of dollars to recover the data. When I called Vin at Geek Force, he asked me a few questions to assess my dire situation. He felt he had a good chance at helping me and asked me to drop off the drive at his office. I soon got a call back and he said he would be able to retrieve the data using his equipment. He was able to transfer the data to another drive and saved all of my important data! For significantly less cost than I ever imagined. Vin understood the stress I was under and worked promptly to solve my problem. He's very compassionate and honest. I wholeheartedly recommend Vin for your IT services.
