When it comes to using your Apple Care+ Coverage($29 deductible), Deviceland is the best for the job. I walked in(non appointment), dropped off the device(IPhone 14 pro Max), and 7 minutes later I was on my way out the door. Got a call to come back sooner than I expected, which is fine because they let you pick it up whenever you need to. In total I spent maybe 10-15 mins in store, which is remarkable comparing it to big name companies like best buy(1.5hrs).

The people working here are amazing!! I had a problem with my computer and the gentleman on the phone talked me through the process to fix it. No need to bring my computer in or a charge for the help I was given. I am writing a review so everyone knows how great this place is!!

I had the opportunity to have my MAC diagnosed at Deviceland on Hawthorne in Torrance. They not only looked into it but, repaired a pretty old MAC that I have had since 2010. Deviceland is awesome!

These folks are great! I couldn't get an appointment quickly with the Apple Store, so I begrudgingly booked one here. I was skeptical that I would get the same level of service here. They were fantastic! My computer runs better than ever. They did great work and were very helpful. I couldn't be happier!
