I used Temecula Answering Service for the dental office I managed. They were very personable, followed our instructions exactly, were extremely affordable (I reached out to quite a few answering services) and overall provided great customer service. We were able to reach a lot more patients and retain new patients that were calling us for the first time during our off hours. They were a HUGE help.

They are unprofessional, mess up all the time, and make way to many mistakes. Costed my company 2 big customers, I stop using them and they are now suing me for a few hundred dollars. Well here is my notice I'm going to return the favor, See you in court.
