Excellent service! I am so grateful to Irvin. He call me all the time to explain to me the problem of my laptop. He save all the data from my laptop that stop working. He helped and guided me to buy me a new laptop. He add more memory to my new laptop. I am behind grateful . He excellent person, technical and professional. Thank you, Irvin. I've been building computers for a while, and while building my fiancé's I kept running into problem after problem, thinking maybe I had a bad CPU, or motherboard, or another component. I spoke with other businesses in the area to try and get a quote, most wouldn't even listen to my questions and wanted me to bring it in and charge me a fee just for asking for advice. Irvin walked me through multiple different solutions, took the case, and fixed my issue (which was a rookie mistake in my end). He definitely knows what he's doing, walked me through all the potential issues and solutions, and his thought process

Very nice/understanding, response quickly, keeps up with updates on the issue he's fixing. He fixed/replaced one of the fuses I had on my powerboard for my EPSON printer for a good price. Will recommend and go back in the future if I have any more tech problems.
