We switched to TeamLogic IT in Oct 2020. I couldn't be happier with TLIT after frustrating hours and poor outcomes with our prior managed service provider. The thoroughness, professionalism, and proper approach to getting things down right instead of quickly has been a breath of fresh air. It's easier to put a patch in place and close a help desk ticket but TLIT really cares and puts the extra effort into fixing a problem properly. TLIT assigned us a primary account technician (PAT) which has been a game changer for our IT environment. Brendan G., our PAT, is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and knows when to escalate an issue. I credit him for leading us to a significantly improved and stable IT environment. I look forward to working with him and the TLIT team to further enhance our IT environment in the upcoming year.
