Extremely rude and I'm not sure why... I called to tell them I'd like to know how much it would cost to repair my computer and before I could go into detail to get a quote they had a rude smart ass remark. Won't be spending my money with them. Edit: I'm going to J&B computers instead because they listened to me and gave me an estimate. :)

Didn't even step foot in the door which is sad. I called and had some basic questions about PC parts but the person on the other end was rude in tone and hung up on me before I could finish asking my questions.

Amazing how quickly Computer Factory recovered my computer from a crash. Derrick also miraculously got Windows 10 to update to 20H2 - been frustratingly trying to get this accomplished for six months. We were so pleased that my husband, who usually builds our computers, had Derek rebuild his current one. Used great components and speed is incredible. We made some stupid mistakes at home re-installing and Derek was so patient, helpful and kind in assisting us. We are so grateful for their wonderful service and highly recommend!!

This place is one of the best places you could ever get your computer fixed! They do not gouge people and they give you very good service. People they have working for them are quite confident and they will give you the time of day if you are trying to make a decision about your own technology. They are some of the most knowledgeable people in the business and they are easy to talk to and more than fair with their pricing. They helped to solve a technology problem I was having with my laptop and help me to resolve a long-standing situation to my satisfaction. Thank you to Paul and Nome you are awesome business people

I highly recommend The Computer Factory. I bought a refurbished Dell lap top at a great price a few years ago and have had no problems. They also updated it to Windows 10 for me when that was needed. My most recent interaction was yesterday when I was in a panic because I thought I had a computer virus. They helped me realize I had been scammed to get me to buy a anti-virus program. Great Service and Support!
