AMAZING SERVICE!!! I have been to this location twice now. Once for my passport and today to get fingerprinted. I was assisted by both members of the staff I assume one is the owner and the other is the employee. Both men were incredibly kind and so helpful. I originally called to see if the offer the service I needed and they not only picked up the phone but they were very courteous. Another reason why this store is amazing is that it is very clean and organized. There is a postal annex that is closer to me but I go out of my way and sat in traffic to come to this location.

REPOST OF MY YELP REVIEW-If you do not need to go to this location specifically, I recommend avoiding it. The process of placing my fingers for scanning went smooth thanks to the sweet man who helped. The man (did not have a name tag) in charge was very rude to the employees. He did not seem to consider that there are customers around. Before heading out I did make him aware how uncomfortable he made me feel for the way he treated the employees. I was not rude in any way. His response was very unprofessional, "What do you want me to do when I told them what to do 20 times". He was not apologetic in any way and even tossed the paper I was "forgetting" on the way out. Definitely not how customers and employees want to be treated...He "nicely" asked for a review to people who briefly came into store.

Saw they had live scan available while I was driving by and was able to complete everything in about 10 minutes! Super kind and polite, explained everything including fees very detailed-oriented. Encouraged me to ask questions if I had any and corrected information that I requested to be fixed. Super experience, thank you!

Worst customer service, I believe from Ayman, I was afraid to ask his name. Antonio and the young clerk were kind, but one of the older gentlemen was extremely bossy and abrasive. He claimed he was training the other older gentlemen, but it was embarrassing as a customer, not to mention his attitude in speaking with us. The customer before us expressed concerns and he literally argued with her. They have at least 5 signs saying they showed up and to be kind, it would benefit this gentleman to heed that advice. I would drive miles to avoid having this experience again.

Worst place to pick up or drop off anything. I have been at this annex multiple times and will never use it again. The person is a grumpy old man that closes up shop before 5pm or just switches off the lights so ppl think no one is there. I had nothing but trouble and regret to ever have used this place. I have no idea how this annex could possibly have such good ratings, having had nothing but terrible experiences. I have seen a good annex with friendly very efficient ppl. This one is none of those.
