I took my laptop in to get a hinge replaced. Chris examined it, showed us what the likely problem and solution would be, and provided a quote that was payable after the work was done and also gave a timeline. When we picked up the computer, the quoted amount was spot on and the owner, Jim, explained the repairs made. I discovered that they had also cleaned off the screen and the keyboard so they were spotless. He even noticed that I was wearing an NHRA t-shirt that day and struck up a conversation about the races in Pomona! This is how you do customer service! Well done and thank you so much!

They do free diagnostics and won't charge you until they attempt a fix. They will talk with you about what and how they will fix it and how much it should cost before doing anything. A great local business that I am so glad is nearby.
