Dixon is a very valuable resource for my IT needs. When viruses recently impacted my PC, Dixon was able to quickly remove them and restore full functionality in a few minutes. When my hard drive crashed last year, Dixon was able to fully restore my files and provide me the same familiar functionality that I was accustomed to. He is honest and capable, a great resource in time of trouble. My wife and I have known him for years and have full confidence in his integrity and capability.

Dixon is our go-to tech support. He has performed his magic for us in both big and little ways: Setting up our office network, to helping with identifying virus infected computers or crashed hard drives and coaching us with what to say to get the warranty to cover the repair/replacement costs. His business systems knowledge of how to set up and run a thriving business office in a tech-efficient manner is worth more than his weight in gold.

I took my computer in and explained all of my issues (there were a lot) and he was so very kind and worked on my computer for a long time and also asked me to follow up with him to make sure everything was working fine. He is very professional and helped me in the best way possible. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their computer fixed! Don't go to those geek squad guys! Go here first :) awesome experience
